To improve and develop continuously all Service Force resources, Systems, Methods, and Procedures in order to give “ Delighted Customer Satisfaction”, to get “ High Productivity” for both Customer and Company (Good DocuClick Management), all daily activities should be focused on ‘Service Quality, Service Productivity, and Service Profitability’ for both Customer and Company as System TOS Motto “Quality Community 2000” which have been declared since June 1997.
